A spin-off of Doctor Who, Torchwood tells the story of a clandestine agency stationed on Earth. Its mission is two-fold: monitor extraterrestrial activity, and watch the skies for the Doctor. Captain Jack Harkness leads Torchwood Cardiff, and manages an eclectic group of people as they strive to protect the human race from those aliens who would do it harm.
